Returns Policy
All opened jewellery sales are final.
All jewellery sold by Piercer Charlie’s Creations are Body Jewellery and if opened from their packaging cannot be returned due to health regulations.

Online orders will be shipped in sealed clear bags.
If you are buying something in store for someone else and want the option of a return, ask us to seal the jewellery in a clear bag.

Returns
If you wish to return a sealed jewellery, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for instructions.
Piercer Charlie’s Creations accepts no liability for the jewellery while it is in transit.
Upon receiving the jewellery, we will check its condition and apply the refund.
An admin charge will apply to cover all our costs (postage, packing, payment processor fees etc), and the remaining balance will be transfered back to the original payment method.

Repairs
Jewellery purchased in our store or webstore is covered by a Six Month Return-to-Base Warranty, against manufacturer defects. Jewellery needs to be returned to Piercer Charlie’s Creations store, either in person or by Post. Please, get in touch before posting any jewellery back.
After six months or items deemed to have been damaged by misuse will incur a repair charge and may incur postage costs back to the manufacturer.
The customer is responsible for all postage costs to and from our studio, and we recommend registered postage with insurance.

Some branded jewellery is covered by a Lifetime Return-to-Base Warranty, against manufacturer defects. Jewellery needs to be returned to Piercer Charlie’s Creations store, either in person or by Post. Please, get in touch before posting any jewellery back.
