All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order payment. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If a product is on backorder, it could take anytime from one to sixteen weeks for it to be restocked. We will contact you and let you know a best estimate.
In the event you have ordered a backordered item which was not marked as such, we will inform you of the wait time and offer you an alternative if you do not wish to wait.
We use a very reliable courier network and your order should be swiftly delivered after it has been picked up. However, courier delays due to high volumes, weather or other factors are out of our control.
If you see your order transit is taking longer than usual, please notify us to investigate.

International flat rates can vary, from €17.90 to €29.90, with FREE SHIPPING on all orders over the value of €150.
We currently use UPS / DHL for a number of EU countries, at two flat rates:
Zone 1, €19.90
Zone 2 €24.90
We might use Fedex for your international order, depending on its specifics.
For the Rest of the World, your order will be shipped with Fedex, at a Flat rate of €29.90

All International orders over €150 / US$160 value have Free Shipping available.
We instruct FedEx to bill all applicable Customs Duties & Taxes to our account, for your convenience. There will be no additional charges on delivery, all Duties and Taxes are included in the listed checkout price.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
All opened jewellery sales are final.
All jewellery sold by Piercer Charlie’s Creations are Body Jewellery and if opened from their packaging cannot be returned due to health regulations.
If you wish to return a sealed jewellery, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for instructions.
The customer is responsible for all postage costs to and from our studio, and we recommend registered postage with insurance.
Piercer Charlie’s Creations accepts no liability for the jewellery while it is in transit.
