I’m allergic to everything except gold. I was worried using these but can confirm no allergic reaction so genuine. Delivery super fast. Only issue was one earring came bent so it was so so difficult to close when in my ear. Also now struggling to get it back out. Everything 5 star, getting bend jewellery knocked off a star
Hello Holly, thank you very much for your order and your feedback. I wanted to clarify, that the bend is due to the jewellery Push-In mechanism. The jewellery needs the bend, so the tension keeps it secure.
Some pins are a bit thicker or stronger than others, so on some jewellery the bend is barely noticeable, and on some you can clearly see it.
Maybe it was overbent a bit, if you are struggling to insert or remove it. We have instructions on our website on how to adjust it, keep in mind though, they easier it is to insert it, the easier it will be to remove it. Mind that you dont get it caught anywhere if you looses the ft too much 🙂
