Hello, we recommend 16ga thickness for a septum piercing.
People can fit thinner ones as well, depending on their preference, but it might not look as you have envisaged it.

Hello,

Depends on your anatomy and piercing placement, but generally 5mm and 6mm fit nicely on a tragus piercing.

Rings are measured by their Internal Diameter. To see what size would fit you, you can measure the distance from the piercing to the end of your tragus in mm, and pick that size.
