Earlobe Piercing
Earlobe Piercing is undeniably the most mainstream Ear Piercing, being one of the oldest ways to modify and decorate one’s body.
This piercing used to be performed with a piercing gun, which was dangerous. That was due to inaccuracy, excess blunt force trauma caused and, most importantly, the inability to effectively sterilise a piercing gun.
Luckily, with industry standards having now risen, no reputable piercer uses piercing guns anymore.
Lobe Piercings can be performed in the classic, symmetrical way, or one can choose a more modern and unique approach. Whichever you choose, our expert piercers will be delighted to assist you with.
As for the jewellery choices, the range is very wide. If the anatomy allows, hoops as initial jewellery are possible, but only in larger thickness and diameter, to accommodate the initial swelling.
Regarding children’s earlobe piercings, we believe the correct age is from 7 years old and over. The earlobe anatomy is mostly developed by then, reducing migration risk.
Healing would take on average three to six months, but each person heals differently.
Please, carefully read and follow our Aftercare Instructions and take very good care of your piercing to avoid any complications. We are with you for the entire healing journey, with free checkups and advice along the way.
